Drivers with ASU permits from any campus may park free of charge at selected lots on the Tempe campus for this year’s Independence Day celebrations in Tempe. The July 4th Tempe Town Lake Festival begins at 5 p.m., with the fireworks show scheduled for 9:15 p.m.
Beginning at 4 p.m. on July 4, several locations around the Tempe campus will open for both public and permit parking. On the north side of campus, drivers may park in Lot 57, Lot 58, Lot 59 and the Packard Drive South Structure. Along the west side of campus near Mill Avenue, Lot 16, Lot 18, Lot 20 and the 10th Street Parking Structure will be available, as well as Lot 3 near ASU Gammage. The fee is $10 for drivers without a permit.
