The Fulton Undergraduate Research Initiative program enhances the undergraduate student experience by providing hands-on research experience. Faculty mentors play an important role in helping the student translate their skills to real-world applications. Faculty mentors receive a stipend for their participation in the program, and successful students receive a stipend and are eligible to apply for up to $400 per semester in research supplies.

Faculty are invited to attend a FURI Mentor Workshop to learn more about the FURI program, including the proposal process, utilizing the research supply budget, program deadlines and deliverables, and expectations for the FURI Symposium.
