[NOTE: The submission deadline for nominations has been extended to Monday, March 18, 2013.]
The mission of the Arizona State University Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) is to identify, advocate for and increase awareness of needed change in the university in order to enhance opportunities for women and other underrepresented groups.
Each year, the Commission on the Status of Women seeks to honor those individuals, groups or teams whose efforts most exemplify and further the mission of the CSW. Accordingly the Commission on the Status of Women is delighted to announce this call for nominations for our fourteenth annual Outstanding Achievement and Contribution Award. Previous award recipients have been honored for achievements such as outstanding advocacy, leadership, mentorship, and research benefiting women and other underrepresented groups.
All students, faculty, staff, and administrators from all campuses are eligible to nominate and/or to receive the award.
Award nominees and recipients will be honored at the CSW Awards Breakfast in April. Dr. Amy Hillman, Executive Dean of the W.P. Carey School of Business will be the keynote speaker at the event.
Recognize and honor the outstanding work that is being done across ASU by nominating someone today. Visit www.asu.edu/csw for more information, the complete rules and the nomination form. Nominations are due by Wednesday, March 13, 2013 Monday, March 18, 2013.
