Join Ira’s Heros, a team of Engineering students, faculty and staff for the 2013 American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. You can support the team by camping out, walking in the relay or making a donation. Ira’s Heros has made a goal to raise $1,000 for the American Cancer Society through this event. Every day, the American Cancer Society helps people take steps to reduce their risk of cancer or find it early when it is easiest to treat. They are investing in groundbreaking research to find, prevent, treat, and cure cancer, and are working with lawmakers to pass laws to defeat cancer and rally communities worldwide to join the fight.
