The National Science Foundation (NSF) has published revised review criteria and proposal guidelines (http://www.nsf.gov/publications/pub_summ.jsp?ods_key=nsf13001) for proposals due on or after January 14, 2013. Research Advancement staff have been reviewing the attached information with faculty to ensure proposals address the new criteria. Please note that the NSF revised review criteria document states a 4,700 characters maximum for the project summary. This information has recently been updated by NSF to 4,600 characters.
