Report an accessibility problem

PeopleSoft is the name of the software ASU uses to manage the University’s student (SA), customer (CRM) and human resources (HCM) data. The ASU community primarily connects to PeopleSoft through My ASU, ASU’s central access point into the University. Students use PeopleSoft to enroll in classes, update their contact information, view and pay tuition, accept or decline financial aid, and see their grades and transcripts. Faculty and staff use PeopleSoft to post grades, manage student data, record work hours, and perform human resources tasks.

The upgrade to PeopleSoft 9 is going well and the targets dates for the transition are September 20-26. Exact dates will be announced as the transition approaches. There will be a “dress rehearsal” in July to identify the sequence and timing of the various events. Testing has been going well, and a smooth transition is expected.

UTO will advertise any upcoming information sessions about the upgrade and differences between the current and new versions of PeopleSoft. Visit the PeopleSoft 9 Bulletin for monthly updates on the upgrade.

System outages will be posted on ASU’s System Health site as well as through the ASU Outages Twitter feed. There will be My ASU ads posted a month prior to go-live to inform the ASU community of the upcoming outage.
