Event Tracker is an ASU-created application that lets you track attendance to your events. At your event check-in, attendees can type in their 10-digit affiliate ID number on a computer or laptop, or swipe their ASU Sun Card through a card reader.
You can retrieve attendance data from Event Tracker itself, or use MyReports to combine attendance data with other data to create powerful reports.
If your department is already using the event tracker, you can get access from your administrator. If your department has never used the event tracker, you will need to send an email to USITS-Q to receive access.
