Beginning June 4, Fulton Engineering and Engineering Technical Services will transition their trouble ticket system to Parature—the University’s new system. You will still be able to submit tickets using the Helpdesk, via the Fulton Engineering website or by email. The transition is expected to be complete by June 15.

How to submit a trouble ticket on the website
You do not need to do anything differently if you currently use the Helpdesk or the Fulton Engineering website to submit your tickets. The Fulton Engineering website will have a new look.

How to submit a trouble ticket via email
You will need to clear the autocomplete cache for your specific ticket creation email address prior to submitting your first ticket after the transition date. Contact ETS if you don’t know ticket creation email address.

You will know you need to clear your cache if you receive an error message indicating that the corresponding mailbox does not exist when submitting a ticket by email.  To clear your Exchange cache, please refer to the following help page: help.asu.edu/sims/selfhelp/SelfhelpKbView.seam?parature_id=8373-8193-7030
