Fulton Engineering will be migrating Exchange mailboxes to the newer Exchange 2010 servers.  ETS is working with the Schools to ensure a smooth migration, currently planned for the week of March 5.

Migration time: 6 p.m.–7 a.m.

March 5-6: ECEE, SEBE and SEMTE
March 7-8: CIDSE, EDO and SBHSE

The new Exchange 2010 environment provides:

  • Improvements in stability, performance and high availability
  • Web Access Interface is much improved and closer to a desktop client experience
  • If your mailbox quota is 250MB, it will be increased to 2GB

For detailed Exchange 2010 FAQs see  help.asu.edu

This migration should be transparent to most individuals.  It is possible that you may need to restart Outlook.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your school’s Desktop Technicians or Julene Cahoon, Julene.Cahoon@asu.edu or 480-734-4114.
