More than half of the 30 teams selected as finalists for the ASU Innovation Challenge include Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering students—and 11 of the teams are connected to EPICS.

The Innovation Challenge gives student teams an opportunity to compete for support of ideas for entrepreneurial projects designed to help local and/or global communities. The program aims to provide students with training in teamwork, leadership and project development.

The teams will pitch their ideas to judges on Saturday, Feb. 11 in the Memorial Union. Winners could be awarded as much as $10,000 to help fund their ventures.
