The project manager for construction of one of the world’s largest solar energy installations will speak at ASU at 6 p.m. Nov. 10, hosted by the Del E. Webb School of Construction Programs.

Paul Staszesky is overseeing construction of the Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System – a solar-thermal facility in California’s Mohave Desert. It’s expected to almost double the amount of commercial solar-thermal electricity produced in the United States.

The event is free and open to the public.
