School starts next week and the Sun Devil football season is right around the corner! Did you know that as a faculty or staff member, you can receive 20% off your single game and season tickets? It’s true! Did you know that you can pay for season tickets through payroll deduction? You can!
Dallas Escobedo, ASU’s freshman pitcher for the women’s softball team and National Player of the Year 2011, recently spoke to ASU’s spirit captains about how much faculty support means to student athletes. “When [my professor] showed up at an autograph signing, it made me feel so special. It shows that you care about me in the classroom and outside the classroom.”
Season tickets for Sun Devil football and men’s basketball seasons are available at sundevils.com. And if football or season tickets don’t interest you, remember that there are plenty of other ways to show your support of Sun Devils including Gammage Broadway shows and other events.
- Wear gold on Fridays! Wearing gold on Fridays happens year-round and not just during football season. Every Sun Devil is beautiful in gold!
- Attend the Sun Devil Welcome on August 16 at 1 p.m. in Wells Fargo Arena. Remember to help whitewash the “A” after the Sun Devil Welcome!
- Catch a baseball game at ASU Night with the Diamondbacks on August 29 at Chase Field.
