ASU’s Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system will be converted to the new Movius voicemail platform beginning Friday, April 1 from 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. This impacts faculty and staff who currently dial 5-2000 to retrieve their voicemail.
No voicemail services will be available during the conversion periods.
Following the conversion, faculty and staff who formerly used the Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system should dial 480-965-2000 to set up their new voicemail account using the default password 1111. Callers will hear a default greeting when prompted to leave a message until account setup is complete.
Faculty and staff who formerly used the Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system can retrieve pre-conversion voicemail messages for three weeks (until April 25th) following the conversion by dialing 480-965-2010 and using their previous voicemail account password. No pre-conversion messages will be available after April 25th.
