The Fulton Engineering Dean’s office will host three promotion and tenure (P&T) workshops in April. The workshops focus on:

  • The P&T process
  • Expectations for P&T in Fulton Engineering
  • What internal and external reviewers tend to look for in P&T applications
  • Recommendations for what to focus on in developing a strong record leading to promotion or promotion and tenure.

New hires, probationary faculty, those considering submitting applications for promotion and tenure or promotion this next academic year, and faculty mentors are especially encouraged to attend one of these sessions.
